Logistic Supervisor
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead our international trade and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the preparation of import and export documents, coordinating customs clearance, managing shipments, claim duty drawback and ensuring compliance with international and domestic trade regulations. This role also involves supervising staff, liaising with customers, and supporting product development activitiesPosition:1 Permanent full time Key Responsibilities:1.Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the import and export and logistics team.2.Review and approve commercial invoices, packing lists, bill of lading and other shipping documents for accuracy and compliance.3.Oversee customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with anti-dumping (AD) policies.4.Coordinate international shipments and domestic trucking to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.5.Verify product specifications and drawings for automotive parts to meet customer requirements.6.Act as the primary contact between customers, internal departments, and external logistics partners.7.Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance.8.Maintain shipment records and compliance reports for management review.9.Draft open order report10.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.Job Requirements & Skills1. Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade, import/export operations, customs clearance, or supply chain logistics; supervisory experience is preferred.2. Strong knowledge of customs procedures, international shipping regulations, and import/export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).3. Familiarity with automotive parts and ability to read technical drawings is an asset.Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping logistics, and 3PLcoordination4.Proven ability to lead and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or warehouse management systems(WMS) preferred.6. Excellent English communication skills7. French is an asset.8.
